About the Author
Helen von Dadelszen is a communication coach, speaker and vocal trainer who helps people show up with clarity, courage and confidence – whether they're leading meetings, speaking on stage, or navigating tricky conversations.
Originally from New Zealand and now based in Switzerland, Helen works internationally with individuals, teams and organisations who want to speak in a way that connects and compels, without needing to shout or perform.
Her approach combines vocal technique, body language awareness, and mindset work, grounded in experience as both a performer and a trainer. She's certified in the Roger Love method of voice coaching, Positive Intelligence (PQ) and known for her warm, practical style. Clients describe her as an “energy giver” and a calm, steady guide, someone who helps you find your voice and use it well.
Helen runs Present Potential Sàrl, where she delivers workshops, coaching programmes, and events like Elevate Your Presence, a real-stage experience for professionals ready to share their message more boldly.
Courageous Action is her first book. It brings together years of tools, stories and encouragement into one accessible guide, focused on taking small steps that build real, lasting confidence.
