"I think the most courageous (or crazy) action I did is to give feedback to my CEO after he spoke in public to us. I did it with a genuine interest to help him deliver better in the future. I was not fired on the spot and I hope to believe that he did appreciate someone stepping out of his comfort zone to help him out." Eric
